How It All Started

A Dream of Healing Through Community

Semillas Seeds was born from a simple but powerful belief: that creativity can crack open emotional pain and transform it into connection. Our founder, Alba Menoni, envisioned a space where people come in disconnected — and bloom.

More than 1 in 8 people worldwide suffer from a mental health disorder. Social isolation, emotional exhaustion, and lack of community support intensify the problem. Semillas Seeds offers creative, human-centered alternatives that prioritize prevention, resilience, and emotional recovery through community-centered activities.

Today, we serve over 1,200 families across multiple programs, partnering with schools, community groups, and local organizations to build a more connected, emotionally healthy world.

“When I created Semillas Seeds, I dreamed of a space where creativity could crack open emotional pain. Today, I witness people come in disconnected... and bloom.”

— Alba Menoni, Founder
